New Crop Pecans

We received our first new crop pecans today. The Pawnee is the first pecan available each year. This batch is really good, only 48 nuts per lb. and 57% kernal. The Pawnee is really easy to shell. We will start shelling these tomorrow, so we will have some available by Friday.
